Glinda the Good Witch is throwing a special party at her palace in the south of Oz with the Wizard as the guest of honor. Everyone is going to be there: the Lion, the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman, and others, but of course, Dorothy, who was visiting the Emerald City with her dog, Toto.
Time was short, so Glinda sent the speedy Sawhorse to Emerald City to give Dorothy a ride. But that means there is no room for Toto. Dorothy decided that Toto would be safe inside the Emerald City. There would be friends and plenty of food and water for him while she visited Glinda.
